Cowlitz Riverfront Mountain Cabin: rental policies

Rental Policies

1. No smoking in or around the cabin (evidence of smoking in the cabin will cost an extra $200 cleaning fee and will be charged to your credit card).

2. No pets are allowed in cabin.

3. Person renting the cabin must be 25 years of age or older. Occupancy limits must be adhered to and no teenagers are allowed to be alone in the cabin at any time!

4. A refundable security deposit is required upon reservation.

5. State and local taxes are extra.

6. A one time cleaning fee $60 is required per stay.

7. Cancellation and refund policy – All reservations cancelled are subject to a cancellation charge of $50.00. For reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be given.

8. Check-in time is at 4 PM and check-out time is at 11 AM on the day of departure.

9. A key code will be given for cabin access.

10. Telephones are provided for local phone calls. Please bring a calling card if you plan to make long distance calls.

11. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. We ask that you respect our neighbors, their privacy and properties.

12. We ask that you take caution and do not allow children to operate the gas stove or be alone in the hot tub at any time.
