Rates

Winter Rates (January – March and December)
$200 a night – weeknights
$250 a night – weekend nights and holidays

Spring Rates (April and May)
$200 a night – weeknights
$250 a night – weekend nights

Summer Rates (June – September)
$250 a night – weeknights
$250 a night – weekend nights and holidays

Fall Rates (October and November)
$200 a night – weeknights
$250 a night – weekend nights

Holiday Rates
$250 a night
Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, New Year’s Break, Spring Break, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Columbus Day.

A 2 night minimum stay is required.
(3 nights during holidays and summer until Labor Day)

Rates are based upon an occupancy of 1-6 – Flat Rate. $25.00 will be charged for each additional guest per night.

A $500 refundable deposit is required upon reservation ($450 security deposit and $50 key/remote/swim tag deposit). Deposit will be charged to your credit card 48 hours before arrival and refunded within 48 hours after departure.

Discounts are available for extended stays – stay 7 nights and get one night free!

One time non-refundable cleaning fee of $60 per stay is required.

Check-in time is 4 PM.

Check-out time is 11 AM.

All reservations will be subject to 9.7% Washington State Room Tax.
